  Usage Instructions:

• Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and other contaminants.​

• Drilling: Drill holes to the specified diameter and depth.​

• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean drilled holes using appropriate brushes and air blowers to remove all dust and debris.​

• Injection: Insert the cartridge into a suitable dispensing gun, attach the mixing nozzle, and dispense the adhesive starting from the bottom of the hole, withdrawing slowly to avoid air pockets.​

• Insertion: Immediately insert the anchor (e.g., threaded rod or rebar) into the adhesive-filled hole, rotating slightly to ensure full coverage.​Sika USA

• Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure as per the specified time before applying any load. Curing times vary based on the product variant and ambient conditions.
