HARDEX RS-200 Acrylic Sealant is a high-quality, paintable gap filler designed for sealing and filling joints and gaps where a weather-tight seal is required. It adheres effectively to materials such as wood, masonry, brick, plaster, and most sidings without bleeding, staining, or discoloration

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, frost, dirt, and other contaminants.​

2. Application Setup: Cut the cartridge tip and attach the nozzle; trim the nozzle to the desired joint width.​

3. Sealant Application: Apply the sealant evenly into the joint or gap, ensuring proper adhesion.​

4. Smoothing: Smooth the sealant surface with a damp cloth or spatula for a neat finish.​

5. Painting: Allow the sealant to dry for at least 30 minutes before painting with oil or latex-based paints.
